Refund & Exchange Policy

At SkyElegance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of hosiery products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on worn or opened items.

However, we’re here to help in case there’s a problem with your order.

 


 

We Accept Refunds or Exchanges Only If:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received missing products from your order.

 


 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The issue (wrong item, damage, etc.)

 


 

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products opened, tried on, or damaged after delivery.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

 


 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
